Terms of Purchase

Hskijjwh is an online retail store operated by BJXY (Hong Kong) Limited, offering car organization accessories through our Front Seat Essentials, Backseat in Order, and Trunk Ready collections.
This Sales and Purchase Agreement explains the conditions governing purchases through our online store. Please review it alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
1. Purchasing Eligibility and Customer Information
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity and authorization required to enter into the transaction.
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information. Please notify us promptly if you discover an error that could affect payment verification, order processing, or delivery.
You must be authorized to use the payment method selected at checkout.
2. Personal Information and Order Communications
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including information needed to verify payments, administer orders, arrange delivery, respond to inquiries, and meet legal obligations.
Order-related communications may include confirmation emails, shipping notifications, requests to clarify order information, and customer support correspondence. Marketing communications are handled separately in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
Please do not send complete payment card numbers or card security codes through ordinary email.
3. Order Submission, Verification, and Acceptance
After submitting an order, you will normally receive an acknowledgment at the email address provided during checkout. This acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, we accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation for the relevant merchandise.
Before acceptance, we may review an order for payment authorization, inventory availability, address accuracy, suspected fraud, or other reasonable verification concerns. If additional information is needed, we will contact you using the details supplied.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled merchandise and associated charges, as applicable. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
4. Product Descriptions and Vehicle Compatibility
We aim to present accurate product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and installation information.
Minor differences in color or appearance may result from lighting, screen settings, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances. These differences do not excuse merchandise that is defective or materially inconsistent with its description.
Before purchasing, review the full product listing and compare its dimensions and installation requirements with your vehicle. Compatibility should not be assumed unless it is expressly stated in the product information.
If a delivered product is materially different from its description, defective, or incorrect, contact support@hskijjwh.com. Your request will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
5. Prices, Payments, and Promotional Offers
The applicable product price, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Please review the currency and final total before completing payment.
Available payment methods depend on the options shown during checkout. Orders may require successful payment authorization before processing.
Promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, and combination restrictions. Confirm that any eligible discount appears before submitting payment.
We may update prices and promotions for future purchases. Such updates do not automatically change the price of an accepted order.
If a genuine pricing or technical error affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options. Where permitted by law, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
6. Inventory, Processing, and Delivery
Inventory availability may change between browsing and order verification. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and explain the available options, including cancellation and a refund for unfulfilled merchandise.
Our usual shipping arrangements are:
- Order Processing: Approximately 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- International Transit: Approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping Charge: $5.99 USD per order, unless a different rate or eligible promotion is displayed at checkout.
Processing and transit are separate periods. Delivery estimates may vary because of customs procedures, carrier operations, destination conditions, or other logistics factors.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate where available, and offer cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise where required by law. We will obtain consent to delayed shipment when legally required.

7. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Product Remedies
For an address correction, order adjustment, or cancellation request, contact support@hskijjwh.com as soon as possible. Include your Order ID, checkout email address, and requested change.
Changes depend on the fulfillment stage and cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has progressed. Any mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely because of a change of mind. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed merchandise is handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where the law gives you a choice of remedy, we will respect that choice. Please contact us for return instructions before sending merchandise; our business address is not automatically the return destination.
8. International Purchases, Duties, and Taxes
Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled through different locations according to inventory and logistics arrangements.
International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges. Where we collect such amounts at checkout, they will be identified in the order total.
Unless expressly included, additional destination-related charges may be payable by the recipient under local rules. This does not alter any collection, disclosure, product compliance, or other obligations that apply to us.
Customers may be asked to provide information reasonably required by customs or the delivery provider to complete clearance.
9. Product Installation, Use, and Care
Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the instructions supplied with the item or stated in its listing.
Car organization accessories must be positioned securely and must not obstruct pedals, steering controls, seat belts, airbags, visibility, or other safety equipment. Do not adjust or retrieve stored items while driving.
Observe any stated load limits and periodically check attachments for wear or loosening. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or cannot be secured appropriately.
These instructions do not reduce our responsibility for defective products, inaccurate descriptions, or other obligations imposed by law.
10. Applicable Law and Consumer Protections
This Agreement is subject to the laws applicable to the transaction, including mandatory protections available in the customer’s jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes statutory guarantees or remedies relating to product quality, conformity with descriptions, delivery, refunds, or other protected matters.
Changes to this Agreement apply to future purchases from their stated effective date. They do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing order.
