Handing a parcel to our shipping provider does not, by itself, remove our responsibility for delivery. If a package is lost, damaged, or recorded as delivered but cannot be located, contact us for assistance under our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in this section prevents a transfer of rights that applicable law permits.
